The admin dashboard is the first page you see when you log in to Sailia. It gives you an at-a-glance view of your site’s traffic performance and tracks your progress through the initial setup process.

Referral rewards

A Referral Rewards panel appears at the top of the dashboard, inviting you to earn £100 for every experience business you refer that signs up to Sailia. There is no cap on how many referrals you can make. Click Learn more to open the referral programme page in a new tab, where you can find out how to submit a referral and track rewards.
The referral panel is visible to staff with the Help Dashboard permission. Hide it for individual roles by adjusting that permission in the staff settings.

Site traffic analytics

The top section of the dashboard shows real-time visitor metrics for your booking page. Use it to understand how customers are finding and using your site.
The traffic analytics section requires the Financial Dashboard permission. Staff without this permission will not see this section.

Summary metrics

Five metric boxes display key traffic indicators for the selected time range:

Views per visitAverage number of product pages viewed in a single session
Average durationMean time a visitor spent on your site per session

Traffic chart

Below the metrics, an interactive chart plots unique visitors over time. Hover over data points to see visitor and page view counts for each time interval. Use the time range selector to switch between:
  • Last 24 hours — hourly breakdown
  • Last 7 days — daily breakdown
  • Last 30 days — daily breakdown

Top products and referrers

Two ranked lists appear below the chart:
  • Top products — the most-viewed activities and products on your booking page, ranked by unique visitors.
  • Top referrers — the websites and sources driving traffic to your booking page, ranked by unique visitors.
Both lists show the top five entries by default. Use the search field to filter by name when you have a large number of products or referral sources.

Setup progress

The bottom section of the dashboard includes a setup checklist that tracks your progress through the key steps to get your account live. This section is visible to staff with the Settings Dashboard permission. A progress bar shows your overall completion percentage. The checklist covers areas such as: Expand any checklist item to see a description, a short tutorial video (where available), and direct links to the relevant settings page.

Stripe setup

If your Stripe account is not yet active, a warning card appears with a button to complete your Stripe Connect onboarding. Clicking it opens a Stripe-hosted setup page in a new tab.

Contract signing

If your Sailia contract has not been signed, a warning card appears with a button to view and sign it. This opens an embedded signing form pre-filled with your account details. Once you complete the form, the checklist updates automatically.

After setup is complete

Once all onboarding steps are done, the checklist panel switches to Next steps — a set of recommendations for growing your business, such as creating events, assigning staff to bookings, and adding session notes.

Help and feedback

A Help & Feedback panel is always visible on the dashboard with quick links to:
  • Feature requests and bug reports — submit ideas or report issues
  • Chat to support — open a live chat with the Sailia support team
  • Help centre — browse the full support documentation
