Your booking page is the public-facing website where customers browse your activities, select sessions, and complete purchases. Sailia generates it automatically from your published activities and products — you do not need to build or host a separate website.

What customers see

Your booking page includes:
  • Activity listings — all published activities with descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Calendar view — available dates and times for each activity
  • Real-time availability — spots update instantly as bookings are made across all channels
  • Mobile-friendly layout — works on phones, tablets, and desktops
  • Shopping basket — customers can add multiple items before checking out

Checkout flow

The booking wizard guides customers through each step with inline prompts, so they always know what to do next. Action buttons stay pinned to the bottom of the screen for easy navigation on any device.

Add items to basket

Customers browse activities and products, selecting the sessions and items they want. For courses with many dates, the wizard shows the first few dates with an option to expand the full schedule.

Select tickets and participants

Customers choose ticket types and assign participants. The wizard indicates exactly how many more selections are needed before they can continue.

Enter attendee details

For activity bookings, customers provide attendee names and any required information. They can also complete waivers at this stage.

Apply discounts and gift cards

Customers can enter a discount code or gift card code. Auto-apply discounts are added automatically. Membership discounts apply when the customer is logged in.

Complete payment

Payment is processed through Stripe. Customers can pay by card or use Stripe Link for faster checkout with saved payment details.

Receive confirmation

The customer receives a confirmation email with booking details and a PDF receipt.
